We needed our HVAC serviced for a condensation drain issue during a high demand time. I left a message and got a call from the owner almost immediately to help me diagnose the problem. After Brian explained the process, the scheduler, Karen called within minutes to dispatch a technician. She was cordial and helpful. Kevin, the technician was out later that afternoon. He assessed the situation, fixed our immediate problem and then conducted a routine maintenance check on our units. He was professional and a great communicator explaining what he had done. We will definitely call Highland AC again. Thank you.
